Your mental health doesn’t have to wait.
You don’t have to choose between caring for yourself and your kids. With on-site childcare, you can come to therapy knowing they’re taken care of so you can focus on you.
Support for parents, without the stress of finding childcare
Therapy designed for real life.
Finding time for therapy as a parent can feel impossible. Between childcare, schedules, and the mental load of everyday life, getting support often becomes the last priority.
Through our partnership with The Cove in Carlsbad, parents can access therapy with optional on-site childcare just steps away, making it easier to slow down, breathe, and focus fully on themselves during session.
Our space was intentionally created to feel calm, grounded, and restorative with a modern coastal atmosphere that supports emotional safety, connection, and healing.
